Gaza fatteh

الفتة الغزاوية

Thin bread soaked in broth, under rice and meat or chicken, served with a sauce of hot pepper, garlic and lemon. In Gaza it is the main dish of the day of Eid al-Adha, where the West Bank prefers mansaf, and it is on the Ramadan table.
